Collection and use of our customers' personal information

Contact form:

We will only use the data collected via our contact form to process enquiries received via the contact form. After processing the request, the collected data will be deleted within 6 months.

In order to be able to send you our newsletter in an appropriate and customer-oriented manner, we are dependent on collecting, processing and using various personal data (title, first and last name, e-mail address) from you. By registering for a PEAK newsletter, you agree that the personal data you enter may be used for the individual sending of the selected newsletter. The registration system with an additional confirmation message containing a link to the final registration (double opt-in) ensures that the newsletter is explicitly desired by you. In order to be able to better adapt the contents of e-mail communication to the interests and wishes of the recipients, we evaluate the usage behaviour in a statistically prepared form (e.g.: Link A was clicked by 60% of all newsletter recipients). All personal data is used exclusively within the PEAK Group. Data will never be passed on to third parties. Both you and PEAK may terminate your newsletter subscription with immediate effect and without giving reasons. To do this, you can use the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter.
