However, this combination not only enables the fastest possible supply of the muscles, but also of other movement structures such as ligaments, vision and joints with building materials that are essential for regeneration.
For the first time in Createston, creatine is found in its form as Cre AKG and thus in a version that promises full effectiveness for non-responders as well. Creatine has been proven to lead to an increase in performance**.
An optimised amount of carbohydrates from enzymatically hydrolysed, hyperglycemic carbohydrates supports energy regeneration after strength training and ensures rapid replenishment of glycogen stores***. INTAKE
| Recommended dosage | Consume a daily dose of 100 g (appr. 5 measuring spoons) powder diluted in 400 – 500 ml of water and 3 of the enclosed capsules. Take one serving of Createston Classic preferably right after training. On non training days take Createston immediately after waking up.
