Note: A possible clumping / hardening of the powder is due to the composition of the highly dosed ingredients and is not a sign of inferior quality, shortened or expired shelf life. It does not affect the solubility, effect or shelf life of the supplement and unfortunately cannot be avoided with such a high dosage of the ingredients.
The reason for the clumping of the powder is the following: Hygroscopy (the ability of the ingredients used to bind humidity or water vapour from the environment) has resulted in moisture in the packaging, which leads to clumping or hardening. Typical individual ingredients responsible for this are, for example, citrulline malate and individual forms of arginine. In the event that hardenings have formed, we recommend crushing in a mortar or other suitable crushing forms in order to restore the powder to its original state.
Drink approximately 30 minutes before your workout a serving consisting of 25 g of powder (approx. 3 scoops) and 500 ml of water. For maximum results, we recommend taking on an empty stomach.
