Payment in Advance
Once we receive your bank transfer, we will ship the ordered items to the shipping address you provided. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–4 business days for a bank transfer to be processed.

Payment by Credit Card
We offer payment by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express...) via the payment services Stripe, PayPal, or Klarna. (Please note the terms and conditions of the payment services.)

Payment via PayPal
With the PayPal payment service, you can complete your purchase with us conveniently, securely, and quickly.

Payment via Klarna

Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice:

Installment Purchase:
With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the terms specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month following the issuance of a monthly invoice by Klarna. Klarna Terms and Conditions

Instant Bank Transfer:
Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.

Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard):
Available in Sweden, Germany, and Austria. The amount will be debited after the goods or tickets have been shipped, once the service becomes available, or—in the case of a subscription—in accordance with the communicated schedule.
Use of the payment methods “Invoice,” “Installment Purchase,” and “Direct Debit” requires a positive credit check. Accordingly, we will forward your data to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase agreement for the purpose of address and credit checks.
