The beta-lactoglobulin-rich whey protein isolate is absorbed more rapidly than conventional whey protein isolate and is only outpaced in speed by the included whey hydrolysate. These proteins offer particularly high-quality protein fractions and very short-chain peptides, while the special glutamine compound is characterised by a higher bioavailability than standard L-glutamine.

The new version of Createston Professional includes a new multi-phase carbohydrate matrix consisting of waxy maize starch, cluster dextrin, isomaltulose, dextrose and maltodextrin, delivering >40 g of carbohydrates** per serving. This combines all the characteristics required for an ideally composed carbohydrate matrix to initiate repair and growth processes directly and sustainably after training.
