What can I expect from Creatine Alkaline?
Creatine Alkaline is a very compatible creatine supplement with acid buffer, which hinders the conversion of creatine to creatinine. If you've never taken creatine supplements before or taken a long break from creatine and your creatine stores are empty, you can expect to gain weight by supplementing with alkaline creatine.
For better assimilation or utilization, creatine alkaline is optimized with a vitamin B complex. Furthermore, the capsule form is ideal for supplementation on the go.

The alkaline formula avoids possible side effects and highlights the well-known effects of creatine.
Over thirty scientific studies have dealt with the functionality of creatine. It is indisputable that 3 g creatine daily increases the physical performance during high-speed strength training in the context of short-term intensive physical load, as this can represent training sets.
In addition, Creatine Alkaline is mixed with high-dose vitamins B6 and B12, which helps reduce fatigue and normal protein and glycogen metabolism. In addition, vitamin B12 has a function in cell division.
