More than just omega-3
Krill Oil is a natural complex of nutrients that all work hand in hand to support your health. Naturally containing the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, as well as phospholipids, choline and astaxanthin.
Krill is a type of crustacean. In contrast to fish oil, krill oil has the advantage that the omega-3 fatty acids are bound to water-soluble phospholipids instead of triglycerides.
