Short description of Arginine AKG
Arginine AKG is a highly bioavailable form of the amino acid L-arginine, which acts in the body as a precursor of the vasodilator Nitric Oxide (NO).
The amino acid L-arginine is semiessentiell, which means that it not only serves as an NO precursor for the body, but is also conditionally vital. "Conditional" because it can also be formed by the body from other amino acids, but almost impossible in quantities that could generate a noticeable NO increase. Arginine in an alpha-ketogluterate form is much more bioavailable to the body than normal L-arginine, which means that it is absorbed by the body at a much higher percentage - significantly more N.O. present. Preliminary stage, significantly higher N.O. levels!
What can I expect from arginine AKG?
Arginine AKG should be taken as a NO precursor before training to increase nitric oxide production when it is most beneficial: during the workout. An increased muscle blood circulation is accompanied by an improved nutrient transport to the muscles, which is reflected in an improved regeneration and thus ultimately in an increased muscle building effect.
