How to measure correctly
| A | Chest Place the tape measure once around the body below the arms at the widest point. |

| B | Waist Place the tape measure around the waist |

| C | Shoulder and arm length Measure from the base of the neck over the shoulder and along the arm to the wrist. Bend the arm slightly. |

| C1 | Arm lenght Measure from the base of the shoulder along the arm to the wrist. Bend the arm slightly. |
|
| D | Hip Place feet together. Measure hips at widest point. |
|
| E | Height Measure your height in cm from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. |
|
| F | Bust measurement Place the tape measure about 1 cm below the chest once around the body. |
