EPIC INTRA fully covers all substrates required during an intensive workout. It starts with the number 1 energy supplier: Each serving of EPIC INTRA provides you with a carbohydrate matrix of Cluster Dextrin & Maltodextrin for fast and continuous energy. Your muscles are taken care of by the optimized MAP matrix of 10g of essential amino acids (EAA), which are responsible for protein formation.
If you train hard and contract hard, you use more electrolytes! For hard-trained people, EPIC INTRA therefore contains magnesium in addition to potassium and calcium, which have been proven to contribute to normal muscle function and energy metabolism. Sodium is lost first, especially during sweat-inducing training sessions, thus reducing performance. This is prevented by the sodium citrate contained in EPIC INTRA. L-carnitine in its highly bioavailable form as L-carnitine tartrate ensures a continuous supply of energy from fatty acids to your cell power plants, the mitochondria. Betaine contributes to a normal homocysteine metabolism. A normal homocysteine level prevents damage to the blood vessels and is an important factor for several other metabolic processes.
The chromium contained in EPIC INTRA in its highly bioavailable form as chromium picolinate is not only involved in the metabolism but also in the maintenance of a stable blood sugar level for sustained performance.

INTAKE
| Recommended dosage | Mix 50 g (approx. 2 slightly heaped measuring spoons) powder with 600 – 700 ml of water. Take one serving of Epic Intra preferably during your training. Depending on your goals and body weight, the intake can be increased to 1.5 – 2 servings. |
