What are the special features of our BCAA - TS-Technology?

BCAAs TST is a novel form of the essential amino acids (EAAs) L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine in an effective ratio of 2:1:1. BCAAs TST are pre-dissolved in malic acid and recrystallized, enabling uniquely rapid and complete solubility in liquid.

In TST form, the vital BCAAs can fully reach the blood or extracellular muscle tissue and fulfill their functions there just 10 minutes after consuming the tasty drink.

BCAAs TST is enriched with a vitamin B complex, which contributes, among other things, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to a normal energy metabolism.

What can I expect from BCAAs TST?

BCAAs TST provides you with vital branched-chain amino acids in a particularly effective and readily available form. BCAAs must be consumed in sufficient quantities for your body to function normally and for muscle building and repair processes to occur. Supplementation during training (pre-, intra-, and post-workout) is particularly promising, as this is when (temporary) deficiencies are most likely to occur.

However, the overall effects of BCAAs TST depend very much on your eating habits and the use of additional supplements (protein, high-glycemic carbohydrates, creatine).

A sufficient and consistent supply of all eight essential amino acids (EAAs) is essential for muscle building. Therefore, you should consume sufficient dietary protein and, if necessary, supplement your diet with slow-release proteins (e.g., before bedtime) and fast-release proteins or EAAs (especially in the morning and after training) so that the effect of the BCAAs (TST) is supported by the other five EAAs.

Functionality and mode of action of BCAAs TST

BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) consist of the three branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine in the proven ratio of 2:1:1. The higher dosage of L-leucine (factor 2) is due to the fact that, according to numerous studies and athletic practice, this amino acid can be described as the mainstay of BCAAs.

The special importance of BCAAs (especially L-leucine) is reflected not only in their dominant effect on endogenous receptors but also in their ability to reach extracellular (muscle) tissue significantly faster and more directly than any other amino acids. BCAAs are the only amino acids that are transported directly from the intestine into the blood and extracellular tissue. While all other amino acids enter the blood relatively quickly, they are primarily transported from there to the liver, where they are resynthesized into all sorts of endogenous substrates. Subsequently, only incalculable amounts of amino acids are released back into the bloodstream.

What makes BCAAs in Total Solution Technology (TST) special is the dissolution, drying, and recrystallization of these three important amino acids in malic acid, resulting in 100% water-soluble amino acid malates characterized by complete, ultra-fast, and excellent absorption. TST BCAAs reach the bloodstream or extracellular (muscle) tissue just 10 minutes after consumption.

For comparison: With conventional BCAAs in capsule form, the first amino acids appear in the blood about 15 minutes after consumption (but not all at once like with the TST form) and are then gradually transported into the extracellular muscle tissue within the following 60 minutes.

However, for protein synthesis, which also includes muscle building, to occur, it is important to ensure that, in addition to BCAAs, at least the other five essential amino acids (phenylalanine, methionine, lysine, threonine, and tryptophan) are available in sufficient quantities. This can be achieved through normal dietary protein and protein supplements.

BCAAs are particularly important amino acids, and "Total Solution Technology" represents a highly effective form of these building blocks of life, enriched with niacin, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12. These B vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, normal immune system function (vitamin B6 and vitamin B12), the regulation of hormonal activity, and normal protein metabolism (vitamin B6).

A notice:
Any formation of lumps in the powder is due to the hygroscopy (moisture-binding property) of the raw materials and does not affect the quality, effect or taste of the product.
