Recommended intake For one serving, mix one heaped tablespoon or 13 grams of BCAA TST with 500 ml of water in a shaker or drinking bottle.
Shake the BCAA drink well and drink it shortly before, during and/or after training on an empty stomach if possible.
Athletes under 70 kg usually only need 13 g of powder, while very heavy athletes often need a little more.
