What are the special features of our BCAA Caps - 240 Capsules?

BCAA Caps consists of the 3 vital amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in the proven ratio 2:1:1 and high concentration. BCAAs fulfil a wide range of functions in their role as essential amino acids and are therefore one of the absolute basics for the ambitious athlete.

The high-dose amino acids in BCAA Caps reach the blood pool relatively quickly, where they come into their own. However, BCAAs in TST form (powder) reach the blood pool even faster, while Mega BCAA tablets are released into the body much more slowly.

Peak BCAA Caps are enriched with a vitamin B complex of niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid, which contribute, among other things, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.

What can I expect from BCAA Caps?

BCAAs are essential, meaning that they are a vital component of human protein for muscle building, muscle maintenance and muscle repair and must be ingested with food. The supply of BCAAs is very important in sports nutrition.

However, the specific effects of BCAA supplementation depend heavily on your dietary habits and the use of supplements (protein, high-glycemic carbohydrates, creatine). In this context, it's also important to ensure a sufficient and consistent supply of amino acids in the form of slow-release proteins (e.g., before bedtime) and fast-release proteins (especially in the morning, before, and after training) to support the effect of BCAAs.

Functionality and effectiveness of BCAA Caps:

BCAAs are the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. BCAAs are the only amino acids that are transported directly from the intestine into the blood and immediately into the extracellular (muscle) tissue. All other amino acids, while relatively quickly absorbed into the blood, are then transported to the liver, where they are resynthesized into all sorts of endogenous substrates. The liver, in turn, releases only incalculable amounts of these amino acids back into the bloodstream.

With BCAA in capsule form, the first of these amino acids appear in the blood about 15 minutes after consumption (but not all at once as with the TST form) and are then successively transported into the extracellular (muscle) tissue within the following 60 minutes, where they can then unfold their spectrum of functions required as essential amino acids for muscle building, muscle maintenance and muscle repair processes, among other things.

The BCAA Caps contain leucine, isoleucine and valine in the proven 2:1:1 ratio and thus take into account the outstanding importance of L-leucine, which is generally considered the key amino acid among the BCAAs.

Peak BCAA Caps are enriched with niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid, which contribute, among other things, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, normal function of the immune system (vitamin B6 and vitamin B12), the regulation of hormonal activity and normal protein metabolism (vitamin B6) and normal synthesis/metabolism of steroid hormones and vitamin D (pantothenic acid).
