What are the special features of our
BCAA - TST?
BCAAs TST is a highly developed form of the essential amino acids (EAAs) L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine in an effective 2:1:1 ratio. Dissolving and recrystallizing in malic acid ensures particularly rapid and complete solubility in liquids. In TST form, the BCAAs reach the bloodstream and extracellular muscle tissue within just 10 minutes of ingestion, where they exert their full potential.
BCAAs TST is also enriched with a vitamin B complex, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.
Effect and application
BCAAs TST delivers the branched-chain amino acids in a readily available form. They are essential for muscle recovery and growth, especially during training phases when deficiencies are most likely. However, for optimal muscle growth, a sufficient supply of all eight essential amino acids is necessary, which is why other proteins and supplements (e.g., protein, creatine) should also be supported.
Functionality
BCAAs, especially L-leucine, are the fastest and most directly available amino acids for the body. They pass directly from the intestine into the blood and muscle tissue without conversion in the liver. What makes BCAAs in Total Solution Technology (TST) special is their recrystallization in malic acid, which enables ultra-fast absorption. This means that BCAAs in TST are available in the body significantly faster than conventional BCAAs in capsules.
However, for complete protein synthesis and muscle building, the other essential amino acids (e.g. phenylalanine, methionine, lysine) must also be present, which can be ensured by sufficient dietary protein or supplement consumption.
