Elevated cholesterol and blood lipid levels are one of the primary risk factors for cardiovascular disease. PEAK Life's new product can act on the cardiovascular system in several ways.

The bergamot extract contained in the product is a citrus plant that originated as a cross between the bitter orange and other citrus plants. Bergamot is very rich in polyphenols, which have a variety of health benefits. Among these, they have a positive influence on cholesterol and blood lipid levels. Scientific studies show that Citrus Bergamot can reduce harmful LDL cholesterol levels by up to 36 %, while increasing healthy HDL cholesterol levels by up to 40 %1,2.

Furthermore, Citrus Bergamot appears to have antioxidant properties that may influence the oxidation of LDL cholesterol.

 

Perfectly rounded off with olive leaf extract and vitamin B5

Olive leaf extract may also have an effect on cholesterol levels. Taking it may have an effect on blood pressure3.

The product is supplemented with vitamin B5, which contributes to a normal energy metabolism and is involved as a cofactor in countless other processes in the body.
