How to measure correctly

Chest
Place the tape measure once around the body below the arms at the widest point. |

Place the tape measure around the waist |

Shoulder and arm length
Measure from the base of the neck over the shoulder and along the arm to the wrist. Bend the arm slightly. |

Measure from the base of the shoulder along the arm to the wrist. Bend the arm slightly. |

Hip
Place feet together. Measure hips at widest point. |

Height
Measure your height in cm from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. |

Place the tape measure about 1 cm below the chest once around the body. |
