Perfect interaction of creatine and beta alanine

Creatine increases physical performance during high-speed strength training in the context of short-term intensive physical activity. Creatine therefore ensures that you have noticeably more power at your disposal. This means you can lift more weight and do more repetitions in your workout. In this way, new stimuli for additional muscle growth can be set in order to build up muscles quickly and effectively. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g creatine.
Beta-alanine also increases strength endurance. It is converted in your body to so-called carnosine and thus prevents premature acidification of the muscles. This normally occurs after a load of about 60 seconds. In this way, beta alanine helps you to get more repetitions and thus more power out of your muscles.
Epic Strength is rounded off with Citrus sinensis extract, which can improve your energy and has a driving and stimulating effect.

INTAKE
