Glucose Support helps your body to better utilise carbohydrates, which leads to a significantly reduced rise in your blood sugar level.
And a stable blood sugar level brings many benefits. The intake of food, especially carbohydrates or sugars, increases our blood sugar level, which in turn results in an increased release of insulin. Insulin docks onto the corresponding receptors in our cells, which activates so-called glucose transporters in the cell wall and transports the glucose (or sugar) from the blood into the cells. Consequently, the blood sugar level drops again. Since your body cannot estimate how much food is still being absorbed, it often releases too much insulin. The body tries to regulate the blood sugar level as quickly as possible and often lets it drop too much. The consequences of a low blood sugar level can be fatigue, loss of concentration and cravings.
Glucose Support is designed to help ensure that carbohydrates consumed are used as effectively as possible as fuel for the muscles. Especially when taken before carbohydrate-rich meals, this process can be optimised.
Areas of application
The use of Glucose Support makes sense when large amounts of carbohydrates are consumed. It makes sense to take it during training in combination with intra-workout carbohydrates or before carbohydrate-rich meals in order to control strong blood sugar fluctuations.
The same applies to taking the product before cardio training, as fluctuations in blood sugar levels can have an influence on fat burning, among other things.
