The unique EAA formula of EAA TST is based on the official WHO (World Health Organization) recommendation for essential amino acids. Consequently, EAA TST provides your body not only with all 8 essential amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-lysine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methionine and L-tryptophan), but also with L-cystine and L-histidine. The latter amino acids are part of the recommendation, although they are considered semi-essential, which means that they only become essential under certain circumstances (e.g. for regeneration or recovery processes). EAA-TST has also been enriched with the amino acid L-tyrosine, which acts as a starting point for the synthesis of all catecholamines and thyroid hormones.
