Wake Up is the new wake-up stimulant with equal parts caffeine (100mg) and L-theanine (100mg) per serving. The combination of both substances has many advantages.
Although caffeine boosts and provides an extra kick, L-theanine has a positive effect on concentration and performance despite its calming and stress-reducing effect. The combination of both substances is particularly effective, as L-theanine prevents the disadvantages of caffeine. Side effects such as palpitations or a rapid drop in performance do not occur, as the amino acid L-theanine counteracts an increase in blood pressure.
The combination of the two substances thus has a supportive effect on the ability to concentrate, attention and performance.
