Overview of shipping costs by country

Zone 1 (you do not need any customs documents for shipping to EU countries))

Belgium, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Aland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain (including the Balearic Islands) (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Cyprus (except northern part).

Payment options by country

Delivery times

In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
Package value

The package value must not exceed € 500 - additional insurance is not possible.

Duties / fees

In the customs forms for parcels to countries outside the EU, the value of the items included in the delivery is listed by product type. We reserve the right to provide such information to customs to simplify the procedure for our customers or as a legal obligation. Customs can open packages for inspection, we have no control over this.

Customs or import fees will be charged once the package reaches your country. Customs clearance fees are at your expense. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs authorities.
