1 € order value corresponds to 100 points. The amount after deduction of discounts applies. Shipping costs are also not taken into account.

It's easy to collect PEAK bonus points:

As a new customer, you create a customer account or use your existing customer account with us and order as normal.

For each Euro of order value, you will automatically receive the bonus points of the order value credited to your customer account upon completion of the order.

The bonus points are credited at 14-day intervals and only apply to completed orders.

PEAK bonus points for returns or revocations will not be credited and will not be recorded in the PEAK bonus points programme.

Orders placed as a guest without a customer account can unfortunately not be taken into account. It is not possible to convert points from guest orders into a customer account!

You can view your personal PEAK bonus point balance at any time in your customer account in our online shop.

This is how you redeem your PEAK bonus points:

If you have collected enough points and the 14-day crediting period has elapsed, you can redeem the points with your next purchase.

To do this, visit the category in your customer account "Bonus-Article" and select your bonus products that you can "pay" with your collected points. 

Can PEAK bonus points expire?
Yes, the PEAK bonus points you have collected can expire if no further purchases are made in our online shop within 180 days. It is sufficient if you collect at least one PEAK Bonus Point within the specified period in order to continue collecting or to redeem the bonus points you have already collected. The exact overview of your collected PEAK Bonus Points can be seen in your customer account.

Payment of PEAK Bonus Points
A payout of collected PEAK bonus points is not possible. The bonus points are only intended to be offset or redeemed when placing an order.

Transfer of PEAK Bonus Points
PEAK Bonus Points are linked to your PEAK customer account and therefore a transfer to another customer account is not possible.

Limits for the redemption of PEAK Bonus Points
There are no minimum or maximum values for the redemption of PEAK Bonus Points. The individual possibilities for redeeming points are automatically displayed with the bonus articles.
