Your muscles are taken care of by the optimized MAP matrix of 10g of essential amino acids (EAA), which are responsible for protein formation.

For hard-trained people, EPIC INTRA therefore contains magnesium in addition to potassium and calcium, which have been proven to contribute to normal muscle function and energy metabolism. Sodium is lost first, especially during sweat-inducing training sessions, thus reducing performance. This is prevented by the sodium citrate contained in EPIC INTRA. L-carnitine in its highly bioavailable form as L-carnitine tartrate ensures a continuous supply of energy from fatty acids to your cell power plants, the mitochondria.
