Short description of BCAAs - TS-Technology

BCAAs TST is a novel form of the essential amino acids (EAAs) L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in an effective ratio of 2:1:1. BCAAs TST are pre-dissolved in malate acid and recrystallized, thus enabling a uniquely fast and complete solubility in liquid.

In TST form, the vital BCAAs can fully reach the blood or extracellular muscle tissue and perform their functionalities within 10 minutes of consuming the tasty drink.

BCAAs TST is enriched with a vitamin B complex, which contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue as well as to a normal energy metabolism.


What can I expect from BCAAs TST?

BCAAs TST provides you with vital branched chain amino acids in a highly effective and readily available form. BCAAs must be taken in sufficient quantities for your body to function normally and for muscle building and repair processes to take place. Supplementation at training times (pre-, intra- and post-workout) is particularly promising here, as (temporary) deficiency symptoms are most likely to be expected here.

However, the overall effects of BCAAs TST depend very much on your eating habits and the use of supplementary supplements (protein, highly glycemic carbohydrates, creatine).

A sufficient and constant amino acid supply with all eight essential amino acids (EAAs) is a prerequisite for muscle building. For this reason, you should consume sufficient dietary protein and, if necessary, also provide yourself with slow (e.g. before going to bed) and fast proteins or EAAs (especially in the morning and after training) so that the effect of the BCAAs TST is supported by the other five EAAs.

Functionality and mode of operation of the BCAAs TSTBCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) consist of the three branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in the proven ratio 2:1:1. The higher dosage of L-leucine (factor 2) is due to the fact that this amino acid can be called the main amino acid among BCAAs according to numerous studies and sporting practice.

The special importance of BCAAs (especially of L-leucine) is reflected not only by a certain dominant effect on endogenous receptors but also by the ability of BCAAs to enter extracellular (muscle) tissue much faster and more directly than all other amino acids. BCAAs are the only amino acids that are transported directly from the intestine into the blood and into the extracellular tissue, while all other amino acids enter the blood relatively quickly, but from there they are primarily transferred into the liver, where they are synthesized to all possible endogenous substrates.  Subsequently, only unpredictable amounts of amino acids are released back into the blood pool.

The special feature of BCAAs in Total Solution Technology (TST) is the solution, drying and recrystallization of these three important amino acids in malate acid, whereby the resulting 100% water-soluble amino acid malates are characterized by complete, ultra-fast and excellent absorption. BCAAs TST reach the blood or extracellular (muscle) tissue 10 minutes after consumption.

For comparison: With conventional BCAAs in capsule form, the first amino acids (but not all at once as with the TST form) appear in the blood about 15 minutes after consumption and are then gradually transported into the extracellular muscle tissue within the following 60 minutes.

In order for protein synthesis, which also includes muscle building, to take place, it must be ensured that at least the other five essential amino acids (phenylalanine, methionine, lysine, threonine, thryptophan) are available in appropriate quantities in addition to the BCAAs. This can be done via normal dietary protein and protein supplements.

BCAAs are therefore particularly important amino acids and the "Total Solution Technology" represents a highly effective form of these vital building blocks, which are enriched with niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. These B vitamins contribute to a reduction of fatigue, fatigue, normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the immune system (vitamin B6 and vitamin B12), regulation of hormonal activity and normal protein metabolism (vitamin B6).

Recommended dosage For one serving, mix one heaped tablespoon or 13 grams of BCAA TST with 500 ml of water in a shaker or drinking bottle. Shake the BCAA drink well and drink it shortly before, during and/or after training on an empty stomach if possible. Athletes weighing less than 70 kg can usually manage with just 13 g of powder, while very heavy athletes often consume somewhat more. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for good health.
