Do ordinary protein concentrates promote effective weight loss?

Strictly speaking, NO.

Protein concentrates have been shown to help build muscle in the building phase and maintain muscle in the reducing phase. They also help to maintain healthy bones. The extent to which protein concentrates are also suitable for reducing body weight during weight loss phases is the subject of controversial discussions. There is no final clarity.

HBN Diet Protein effectively promotes weight loss

HBN Diet Protein is THE exception! As the first protein concentrate it is able to promote weight loss together with a calorically adjusted diet. The difference to other protein concentrates is found in a special ingredient called glucomannan* (aka konjac flour).

The dietary fibre is characterised by a high swelling capacity and therefore also by a satiating character. This property can not only effectively support those who want to lose weight, but can also promote a normal cholesterol level.

The glucomannan content is not the only special feature of HBN Diet Protein. Renowned institutions see positive effects for health in increasing the proportion of plant-based foods. This also applies to the selection of suitable protein carriers to cover daily requirements. HBN Diet Protein follows this recommendation and combines animal with vegetable protein sources in a protein concentrate with milk protein, pumpkin protein, fava bean protein and pea protein.
