As a Best Ager you have to strive for an optimal supply of protein. Each serving contains an extra portion of fast and slow available protein plus isolated essential amino acids for maximum effects on protein metabolism. Lactase has been added to the matrix to help digest even the smallest lactose residues from the protein sources.

HBN Postworkout Complex best ager contains, unlike the version for the younger generation, not only an overall lower amount of carbohydrates, but also, in addition to maltodextrin, slower digestible isomaltulose.
