NoStress by PEAK Life is a matrix of effective adaptogens. Adaptogens are natural plant substances that counteract the effects of stress in the body. Adaptogens are by no means a new invention. They have been used in traditional Asian medicine and Indian Ayurveda for decades. But more and more studies are also being conducted in western medicine.

NoStress contains proven extracts from Rhodiola Rosea, Ginseng, Ashwagandha and Shilajit. These herbal extracts have been traditional in Asian folk medicine for centuries and are used at times of high mental and physical stress. Their use is recommended, for example, during heavy training or stressful situations. 

In NoStress, the various adaptogens are combined synergistically, which guarantees maximum functionality.

Effective combination from Asian folk medicine

Rhodiola Rhosea is a plant that has been used medicinally by the Greeks since ancient times. The decisive factor is the active ingredient rosavin, which is standardised in Adaptogen.

The ginseng extract (15 % ginsenosides) comes from the herb Panax, which has been used in Korean folk medicine for about a thousand years.

Also part of the adaptogen matrix is the plant extract Ashwagandha. This is the Indian name of the herbaceous plant Withania, which is used in naturopathy and is also called Indian ginseng because of similar functionalities of the active ingredient group Withanolide (4 % standardised).

Shilajit extracts (20 % fulvic acid), often also called mumijo extracts, also have a long tradition in Asian folk medicine.

All in all, NoStress is thus an effective combination of proven natural healing substances with maximum functionality.
