A | Width chest Feed the tape measure horizontally under the armpits and over the strongest part of the chest. |

| B | Hem width Feed the measuring tape horizontally at hip level over the strongest part of the hip. |

| C | Neck size Measure the horizontal length of the neck at the widest point. It is best to have a second person for help. |

| D | Shoulder width Measure the horizontal length from the right to the left shoulder at the widest point. Here too, it is ideal if a second person helps you. |

| E | Body length Measure vertically, starting at shoulder level and ending at the waistband. A second person is helpful here. |

| F | Arm length Measure vertically from the shoulder to the base of the hand. |
